TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In entering into agreement with Jonker & sons I hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All quotations are valid for 7 days from the day of quotation.
  • Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month on all overdue accounts.
  • For firearms not collected within 3 months from the notification of completion, storage will be charged 
  • I enter into agreement with Jonker & sons freely and voluntarily
  • The nature and extent of the services rendered by Jonker & Sons has been explained to me in detail.
  • The rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the items serviced, and or altered, and or custom built by Jonker & Sons (the serviced item) ,have been explained to me, alternatively are known to me. As a result of aforesaid, Jonker & sons shall be exempt from any liability resulting from my failure to use the serviced items in accordance with the aforesaid rules and regulations
  • The risk associated with the use of the serviced items have been brought to my attention, alternatively are known to me. I agree that I will use the serviced item knowing and excepting all of the risks
  • In light of the fact that I accepted, for myself, the risks associated with the serviced items, it is fair that I waive any claim(s) in law, should i suffer any harm as result of my use of same.
  • I exempt Jonker & Sons of all loss, damage or liability ( of any nature whatever), whether direct or indirect, that I may suffer from the use of the serviced items.I understand that by agreeing to the waiver, it means that I have no, or at best a limited claim in law against Jonker & sons for any harm (of any nature whatever) that i may suffer.
  • I further exempt Jonker & Sons from any liability as a result of the theft, damage and/or loss of the serviced item while the aforesaid items are in its possession or that of anyone of its employees.
  • I therefore give the waiver freely and voluntarily. I understand that I am using the serviced items at my own risk. I know that the waiver does not limit any protection(s) that I may have in law ( as ruled by a court), including any right under the Consumer Protection Act,2008 (Act 2008) ("the CPA"). I must specifically agree that I must prove that the CPA applies to my use and enjoyment of the serviced items and the services rendered by Jonker & sons; and
  • I agree that I will not in any circumstances be able to claim from Jonker & sons any indirect or inconsequential loss (of any nature whatever)
